How the Process Works
We help coordinate your manufactured home project from the early planning stages through delivery and installation. Every project is different, so the process depends on the property, type of home, local requirements, and what you are looking to accomplish.
Space Evaluation
We review the available space, property layout, setbacks, access, and other site conditions that may affect the size and placement of the home.

Delivery & Installation
Once the site is ready, the home is delivered either by standard transport or crane depending on the property. The sections are set, connected, utilities are completed, and the home goes through the required inspections before move in.
Project & Property Review
We start by going over your property, project type, and what you are looking for in the new home. This could be a park replacement, private property home, ADU, or fire rebuild.
Select or Customize Design
Choose from available factory floor plans or work with us on a custom layout based on your ideas, sketches, photos, or specific needs.
Engineering & Permits
Depending on the project, we coordinate the required engineering, plans, and permitting with the appropriate local or state agencies.
Factory Construction
Once the home is approved and released for production, it is built at the factory in sections. Factory construction itself is typically much faster than traditional on site construction.

Factory Construction With Less Work Happening at Your Property
One of the main advantages of a manufactured home is that most of the home is built at the factory while site work can be completed separately. This reduces the amount of construction taking place directly on your property.
1. Factory Built
The home is constructed indoors at the factory rather than being built piece by piece at the property.
2. Site Preparation
While the home is being built, site preparation can include grading, utilities, foundation work, and other items required for the project.
03. Standard or Crane Delivery
Most homes are delivered directly to the property in sections. For properties with limited access or other site conditions, a crane may be used to place the sections.
